We would like to make it as easy as possible for you during this time. We are different service providers with different contracts and you will still need to sign all the different agreements with each of the service providers.
We however did simplify a few things for you:
1. We have the same payment structures.
2. We use the same lawyer to safeguard your booking fees.
3. Circumstances / events covered by RISK FREE BOOKINGS.
1. WE HAVE THE SAME PAYMENT STRUCTURES
a. Each service provider require a 25% booking fee of the package you choose to secure your date.
b. You will deposit the booking fee into our lawyers account for safekeeping.
c. The next 25% of the package you choose is payable 60 days before your wedding.
d. The outstanding 50% of the package you choose is payable 30 days before the wedding.
2. WE USE THE SAME LAWYER TO SAFEGUARD YOUR BOOKING FEES
a. To simplify the process, ERA will be our legal partner in your wedding.
b. There are a R2500 service fee payable by the couple for the administration of this RISK FREE WEDDING BOOKING FEE.
c. Whether you choose to make use of only 1 service providers or all, the service fee of R2500 will be the same.

FREE BOOKINGS
- COVID-19 & LOCKDOWN RESTRICTIONS & REGULATIONS
When you are forced to cancel or reschedule your wedding due to COVID-19 & Lockdown restrictions. This is only when you ARE NOT ALLOWED to have a wedding at all.
NOT COVERED by RISK FREE
BOOKINGS: Normal cancellation penalties and procedures will be followed
by each service providers and according to their individual contracts when you cancel
because you are worried about possible extensions of Lockdown
restrictions & regulations. Your cancellation will be handled like a
normal cancellation.
- SERVICE PROVIDER - ILLNESS / DEATH / INJURY
When your service provider can't render the service
you booked them for because of illness / death / injury. Your service
provider will then propose a substitute service provider to render the service
in the event of service provider's illness / death / injury . The substitution
service provider shall be a competent professional. The booking fee will
be refunded by the lawyer if the wedding couple are not satisfied
with the proposed replacement service provider.

We believe in being compassionate and fair. We love what we do and we love being part of weddings. In case very unfortunate tragic events may lead to the death of the couple / individual (bride or groom) before the wedding you will be covered by RISK FREE WEDDING BOOKINGS.
